Calendar entries migrated from MS Outlook or Exchange to Notes 6.x do not appear in Calendar view

This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPRs# KRED6JUD9F and
MEN66KEF3 and has been addressed in Notes 6.5.4, 6.5.6 and 7.0.2.

SPR# TMEN66KEF3 - Fixed a problem where appointments were missing after the
calendar was migrated.

SPR# KRED6JUD9F - Fixed a problem where Calendar entries were not displayed in
the calendar view after migration.
